It Is The Silver Wind

It Is The Silver Wind

A Poem by The Message
"

Rondeau Redouble form for a contest

"

It is the silver wind that stole light,
A canopy weary,
Sovereign of inner plight
In sights long dreary.

A canopy weary
Will wage war tonight,
And against the sounded hearing
It is the silver wind that stole light.

Sovereign of inner plight,
Charon, a mask bleary
From light, now fading to night
In sights long dreary.

In sights long dreary
They moan of fright
For in the ending story
It is the silver wind that stole light.

Gather your might,
Stir them to hungry
States of sadness and delight,
For in the ending story
It is the silver wind.

i like how you connected the meaning of each of the four lines in the initial para to the each other through incorporating them into the other stanzas. well thought-out, the rhyme flow is nice and the dictions is very fitting. nice work :)
