Easter Fun

Easter Fun

A Poem by Tina Kline

a basket of colored eggs
soon hidden out in the back yard
children searching
laughing and squealing
triumph when an egg is found
until empty baskets are filled
then back inside
for the Sunday Easter dinner

The childhood fun of Easter. I remember that well. A splendid poem.
