Lily comes of age

Poem constructed on my front porch the morning my daylilies bloomed.

She spreads her yellow wings
To sun and sky an offering
Gold nectar dew she brings
To Ruby-throat a'humming
Sweet song of waning spring
And lily in the morning.

I cannot write something looking at my surroundings now. My writing hours are from 3AM to 5AM when it is still dark here. lol. At 5 AM to 6 AM, I have to prepare breakfast and myself to work. I should be at school on or before 7AM.
