Lean Six Sigma Pocket Toolbook is an essential reference from which to draw techniques and methods that can be applied for analysis of data in the dissertation. It is helpful that you state the title of your dissertation and the nature of methods that you will use. From your description, your dissertation uses mixed methods of data collection. Therefore, the data analysis process will greatly benefit from analytical methods of data analysis discussed in the toolbook. The Bayes Theorem and Pareto charts are some of the great analytical tools that you identify for application in the data analysis process in your dissertation. There is no better technique to establish conditional probabilities that the Bayes Theorem. From the discussion, I can already see that your dissertation will involve significant quantitative analysis.
