I dated alot of people who didnt treat me right.I think i finally found my someone.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

They.

They tricked me.

Their minds like evil serpents.

I fell for there charms.

Their evil thoughts like darkness in my bright life.

But like a child unknowing I fell,

I fell deep into their black pit.

Torn and broken I was stuck in nothingness.

 

You.

You pulled me out when I thought there was nothing left.

You are a kind of light I didn’t think could exist anymore.

You fixed me when no one else could.

 

Your eyes, like sapphires looking into mine.

You look at me not like something but someone.

Could it be that my broken heart could be mended?

Your gentle hands pull me in close.

Your smile gets bigger because you can tell my heart is pounding in my chest.

All I want to do is hold you closer.

 

You are there for me.

There in the good times and the bad.

You make me feel wanted.

You can tell when there is something on my mind,

And you are there to listen.

You treat me like an equal.

You are the someone I have been dreaming about.

You are the someone who makes me smile.

 

You are always on my mind.

I know everything about you now.

From the curves of your face to your favorite candy.

You mean the world to me.

It makes me glow knowing you feel the same way.

It plain as anyone can see,

We are simply meant to be.

I like this Jess. I am glad that you are able to see and understand being treated like an object rather than a lady. I also like the line...from the curves of your face to your favorite candy.. cute. There are a couple of grammer problems that you may consider editing, but over all very nice.
