Now That You're Gone

Now That You're Gone

A Poem by aTrueBrilliance
"

It is about appreciating a person you never tried to give importance before

"
When you're now faraway,
I want you to stay
But when you're not away,
There's nothing to say

Now that you're gone,
I miss you under the sun
I can't remember the feeling
When your heart was beating

I wish there's tomorrow of my yesterday
I wish I could still feel your hug even only this day
Then there's no regret and I won't be hurt
Now that you're gone, you're here on my heart

Days had passed my life,
And flowers will wither in time
But the pain here would always
And always be mine

I wish there's another day of our life
When you were smiling, I laughed at all times
Now that you're gone, you smirks were my life
Now that you're gone, I wish we would another time

That was good. It read well and had imagery. Well done
