7 hours.
7 hours I was up last night.
7 hours I was up last night talking.
7 hours I was up last night talking to her.
7 hours I was up last night talking to her until her dad came home.
7 hours I was up last night talking to her until her dad came home so that she wouldn't kill herself.

 

7 hours saved her life.
