strangers

face to face with a stranger

i envy them

smiling and laughing

while i sit 

void of all emotions

they look so happy

there's no way they cry every night

they don't know what it's like

to be sad

but i feel like i've seen this stranger before

that's when i realized

i was looking in a mirror
