Expectations

Expectations

A Poem by Alka

watered it,
Nourished it,
Saw it grow bit by bit.
When did it grow this large,
Cause now its time to clip its wings.

Expectations, when controlled, life is worth its while,
Loosen the reigns and i call for a tide high,
Destroys me,wash away the smallest joy...
Remember it as that little feeling which then was a game,
Life would be much sorted, had that feeling been then  tamed..

"I" is always Capitals ... Please remember that... ALways... SUmmer, winter, autumn... I is always in Capitals... Otherwise I loved the writing in this poem. The last line would need to be reworked I guess.
