Discarded

Discarded

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Discarded.
Released the tears
dropped into tissues,deep.
The inaugural farewell,
cast out the love, given
destination unknown
sleeps in hibernation.

it's like after a breakup or the death of a loved one...we cry the tears, say farewell, and though there may be more tears in retrospect, we move on...and for a time love will hibernate...but it will once again waken, just a matter of time.
