Easy

I wrote this to my friend... a lost friend who is no longer a part of my life.

It wasn't easy for me
To say good-bye.
You don't seem hurt,
You don't seem to care.

You took it too easy.
You've lost so many friends
And didn't fight to
Keep them.

It wasn't easy to
Say good-bye forever,
Yet it was easy for you.

I don't understand.
I thought I meant
Something to you.
Guess I don't
And Never Have.

Now my life is easier,
But a part of me still
Misses you.
