Albert's Poetry Cafe ~ Tovli's Ten ~ Prose Poetry : USING ALL TEN WORDS WRITE A PROSE POEM THAT ACKNOWLEDGES LOSS: CORPORATE/ MAD /ARRIVED /PIECE /MONEY/ SMILED/ MOON/ TUNE/ FIGURED /LIVING

"

I know well that piece:

Life lives in the present, not in the past
Honoring of the inner self and respect of the outer self

Looking at the moon, I try to corporate: incorporate and combined the two
But balance is required to co-ordinate, put all in tune
The inner and the outer world figured in that space smiled

The echo of my love for you is the voice that speaks inside
I’m mad and you are lost in the mists of time
As I’m living in the dream of embracing you again

Isn’t love this knowing you arrived by chance of good-luck?
Left because of dreams about fame and money
And will return one day with just yourself and nothing else

Anyway, I accept the life as I’m, as it comes to me

Although I’m sure

Resonance in time and space is what creates form

Will it be your form?

i liked the ending. kind of different for a prose form. some grammar stuff (accidental or intentional--not sure gave it an odd, unbalanced feel. likeble! tovli

I too enjoyed your take on the "ten". In fact I thought it was excellent!

Lots to think about in this one, Angi! What's right for one is not necessarily right for all. I enjoyed your take on the ten words. :-) Sharon
