Hearts race the clock

In an evolution

Of joy and enchanment

Mystery and hope

The sun fades into nothingness

Just as trust in the unseen

Lies before us

Where will we be

As day breaks into morning

When all is said and done

Will our hearts come out whole

Is love enough?
