My Soul is In Control

My soul is in control
and I am not heartbroken
With love I'm in a call
With God I have been talking

He said he'd never judge me
for what I've done today
The truth will always give me
What I, just have to say

I don't believe that this
is happening to me
Its only like a kiss
A moment just to be

I ask him for forgiveness
for all the sins I've done
I'm falling in redemption
and all the pain is gone

overwording by the second line which needs to be precise in the opening because it creates a tone for the rest of the poem. you aren't using your
words with enough precision after reading this I think you could cut the
entire poem to 2 short stanzas spaced as prose, this is just hard to read
and lacks because of the over wording and douple emphasizing,
and the termanology that has been read millions of times over, this doesn't
stand out enough to grab even the most bored of readers, but i can
see you really shaping this up and turning it enough a real masterpiece
with more time and effort on originality and get rid of all the filler wording.
keep up the great work and let me know if you revise this.
