The Beauty in Death

The Beauty in Death

A Poem by Audrey

I see stars

As I drift through the abyss

I see grass

As I lay in the dirt

I see trees

As I sway through the air

I see water

As I float through the waves

I see fields

As I caress the weeds

The imagery of elevated positions is inspiring as I read this poem. It leaves the reader with a sense of peace and comfort. Nice work.
