You Won't Listen

You Won't Listen

A Poem by bookworm642

I want to talk,
but you wont listen.
I want to write,
but you wont read whats written.

I want to see,
but you block my vision.
I want to have dreams,
but you take away my ambition.

I want to fly away,
but you just hold me down.
I want to swim away,
but you would let me drown.

I want to do so many things,
but you won't let me even try.
I want to do so many things,
but with emptiness, I cry.

This poem shows a lot of emotion. I hate it when a person who is supposed to support you with the most difficult things lets you down. Nice job!
