Lost souls held in captivity

Lost souls held in captivity

A Poem by ROSALIND

Does the flame of fire ever touch your heart
My eyes glazed into the flurry hole
were the flame of fire scorched the souls
of scoffers.
One by one their souls shrieked with an
anguishing pain
In the pit they cried out  for mercy
But with no prevail
It had reached beyond the door of hell.
God had judged the living and the dead.
Out came the new glorious heaven
Then out of the new heavens came
the new earth.
Death passed away
New Life shared by few
enjoyed for ever more...
