Cups

Cups

A Poem by brianna vega

Nothing could calm this craving
This hunger
As I lift my chin again to hush these lips
I hear the sirens singing at the depths so much to do so much to lose
This slumber over takes me in the sun
As I turn into a zombie robotically living with just the simple task to survive
I hold my thoughts internally and shrug off all else around me

Very brief but just something about how it's structured got me really digging this piece!
