Starving for Attention

Starving for Attention

A Poem by creativequill

She sinks
A bitter memory
Into freshly broken earth
Starved
A waste
So talented
Such grace
A eulogy of sorts
Spoken with refrain
Straight-faced mother
And a silent procession
Tiny ghost dancer
Ballerina of the night
Tip-toes through their minds
As she's buried out of sight
