Endless Bridge

Endless Bridge

A Poem by C_theSurrealist
"

when will I come nearer to thee?

"
I love you as the sweet rose,
yet thorns strike deeply within,
I love you as the calm wind,
yet storms surge mighty breeze,
I love you as the never ending line,
yet parallelism didn't intersect,
I love you more than a gold,
yet...
those precious gems were rusted by memoirs,
the bliss eventually sways into grave.
I love you without thinking as the drained sea,
No one knows why, thee undefined,
yet until now it is still empty.
I love you 'till we meet at horizon,
yet I'm walking on the endless bridge,
everlastingly hoping 'till I starve,
wishing I will see you,
to the edge I need.
I love thee.
