His Everything

His Everything

A Poem by Darling Dallas

He left me there...
Waiting..
Wondering....
Crying...

Waiting for an answer...
Wondering why.....
Crying because of the hurt....

Sadly...
I won't get an answer..
I won't stop wondering...
I might stop crying....

What kind of answer could he give me?
What will make me stop wondering?
What will stop the hurt?

Only him......
Only his touch...
Only his kiss....
Only his love...
Only his everything...

But, that only makes it worse....
Him..
His touch..
His kiss..
His love..
His everything..

It's dangerous...
It's deadly...

I didn't know it....
I should have known it...

But I was blinded...
By him..
His touch..
His kiss..
His love..

His everything.......

Wow this is powerful and this would make a really great song! I enjoyed the repetitiveness actually where usually I am not a huge fan. I also like the slight contradictions that make you think. I thought it was a very good read! Thanks for sharing!
