Crossing the line.

Crossing the line.

A Poem by Anna
"

getting personal.

"

Tell Me!
Your mask broken.
Yet, you still deny.
A happy home,
Tainted by
Your
Foul
Hands.

Face me!
You preach all lies.
You sow sorrow.
A dark decade,
Destroyed by
Your
Acid
Tongue.

Cover up!
Runaway.
Your darkness follows.

This flows more like a song than a poem. Do you know any guitarists? It would totally work. I'm kind of humming it now.. :)
I like this. It's catchy. It's a little vague, which is good. It keeps your reader guessing and rereading, trying to get more meaning from it.

I like the concept of this, but with the last stanza if you would work it to a complete reverse, like the other two stanzas it would have more affect.

I liked the concept, but the structure was weak. Imagery is solid but in the end I felt like it was just a bunch of words stacked on top of the other. I would like to see this poem turn into something more.

Wow this was a pretty powerful piece in the way of imagery. Dark and intense.
I defiantly felt the emotion.
Read over some of your other pieces and this is my favorite of yours so far.
Very, very good.

This was a powerful write.

Is this about a bad boyfriend or maybe a bit more deeper about say a dictator?

I would to know what the poem is talking about..

It is good, i enjoyed reading it.

That was raw and straight to the point... nicely done.
