An Ocean of Friends

An Ocean of Friends

A Chapter by Dante

Pulled apart by Storms and Winds
Feel as if you're Young again.
Life will pass you by, I fear,
if you hold it much too dear.

Let me see you smile, once.
Everyone is leaving.
There's nobody here to see
how you are deceiving.

As you lay inside your coffin,
tell me what to feel.
As you start to raise your voice,
tell me what is real.

Die alone, or die with me.
Nothing is the end.
Fly away or fly to be
nothing more than friends.
