I'm going to recap what Helen says. Very well said and your poems. They always knock me off my chair. You are so good at these.

I'm about ready to cry me a river, I am so sad for you. I'm not sure how you can break the cycle Deb. It sounds as if you are the only one in the family without issues, if that is the case then you have taken on an army of care. I wish I could give you some answers, but I can't offer anything by way of relief for your dillema. Stay in control of your own emotions if you can and try not to get involved in conflict at home.
Nice acrostic BTW xxx

Such a heartfelt write.

Thanks for sharing.

This is truly sad, it makes one wonder why we have to suffer from such things in this life, and my only answer is to bring us closer to God. That way, we allow Him to carry our burdens. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers, my friend.

We sure need our parents when we have those manic depression states, don't we. Mine have been gone for too many years. I wish over and over my mom was still here with me. There is no one I can run to-not even my shrink-

I found part of a magic wand-Welbutrin-but it has crappy side effects like everything else.

Now, if I could find a way to cure my ADHD, recovering alcoholic husband-I'd be almost cured.
