it comes from the heart!

i wasnt able to sleep last night so i took my journal and i started to write. i stopped for a minute and looked down my hall next to my room and i just started writing! this is what came out!

Considering this is your first "official" piece this is really really good. I like how the hall represents your past and your future. I like how you say it holds your secrets it's kind of like if walls could talk. It's amazing how something so simple can provoke a great piece of writing. Nicely done.

For your first official piece, this is fantastic. I've never seen a piece that relates to a hall, it's a new take for me and I like it. I like the repitition of 'i sit in my hall', it emphasizes it alot and keeps my attention. Great job :)
