"Care for where you came from"

The change starts with you, take care of the place you live.

"The beautiful planet that was made"

"Is being tainted by our actions in spades"

The effects are so obvious that we can't deny"

"Yet, we try to comfort ourselves with a nice lie"

"As time goes on our world continues to fade"

"but not enough people care to offer sufficient aid"

"Some of our motives I truly detest"

"While I see people attain wealth off their invest"

"Many folks don't see the world's imbalance"

"even to the point they become quite callous"

"The change can start when people appreciate"

"the natural environment within their own home state"

"Hope is not something I've lost"

"because preserving society is worth the cost"

Great Corey. I totally agree with your message here. We only have one chance to get it right and we are being led by the blind and greedy. I like writing about this subject too. You might like to read 'the apple'. By the way I thought your personal statement is very inspirational.
