You're Everything You Think You're Not

You're Everything You Think You're Not

A Poem by Tallulah
"

NaPo #10

"

You full of so much self doubt

When there is no need for you to be

You're one of the nicest people you I know

Beautiful in your own way

Loving and sweet

You're an angel in this world of hell

Everything is so full of evil and malice

All of this world has torn you apart

Taken your wing and torn to pieces in front of you

You have no reason to believe in yourself

Yet I know you should

Cause I've seen everything in you

That you think isn't there

And I can tell you

You're Everything You think you're not.

...ily.

Like DW said, the grammar could use some work, but...hey, who am I to judge on this one? XD

I agree completely.

I like the form of this poem. The grammar needs a little work. I like the last line a lot, not only the message, but also how it's set apart from the rest of the poem and how it ties the entire thing together.
