Attractive Ambiguity

Attractive Ambiguity

A Poem by Madame Mystique
"

Such a complex word

"

Attractive Ambiguity

It’s not an easy task

To define a word like this

One explanation will never suffice.

It can be seen as superficial

Others say it’s beyond the eye

Still we want more of it.

Some assume it lies on sole aptness

To others it is determined

By their modesty.

Many affected by its standards

Break under its pressure

It’s painful both physical and emotional.

To give a solid definition of beauty

Would be selfish

Don’t you think?
