How do you stop wishing for what you wish for

I haven't found a way,

all I know is 

I can't stop wanting her

and I cannot force myself to want someone else

so I am stuck spinning my wheels

gazing at pictures of that beautiful face

and wishing

even though I know it is no use!

Unrequited love is a b***h isn't it? What helped me get through that time in my life was Sam Smith's first album.. before he flipped his script that album was spot on for soothing the ache.
