How to tell the story?

How to tell the story?

A Poem by Jon Roggie

I know.

Start with a tease.

But,
  if I write it down,
    it helps.

Which is still another way to avoid.

When you have came out of the tunnel,
not a memory you want to talk about.

Whichever tunnel you escape.

It comes down to the escape.

The grasp of freedom

:: a truly spectacular piece, dear mr. tortoise... it does come down to the escape... i can think of all the complexities i've escaped from in order to enjoy poetry and be here on this page... there was a time when i had turned away from poetry... but i escaped that... and what an escape that was... am so glad to be here...

bravo! give me freedom every time! layers of meaning here - it takes a little time to tease out but is definitely rewarding. fantastic.
