Stuck in the moment?
Please.
We are not meant to dwell.
Time passes,
  learning while it moves along.
Growing older,
 or younger depending on the time.

love the last two lines...older and younger at the same time...

Benjamin Button comes to mind---if we can go back , knowing what we know...but as Bob Seeger sang..."i wish i didn't know now what i didn't know then."

We may grow older, but we can still hold onto our youthful spirit.
