SpotsA Poem by Julie McCarthy (juliespenhere)Life love and time
Specks
Specks and spots Of you lie here I clutch to you And I’m all fear What is happening to us I feel the cloud approach Us as we lay under trees Beauty is all around I want to stuff it in my Jeans back pocket to call my very own And take it right on home SPecks and spots They blemish what little Time and air we have Left to breathe On this wonderous earth We have called home For so many golden days Some blue black red Some white so damn pure Spots and specks Take me right Back Back to you Back to your Shack Your seaside shack Unblemished with no Spots no speck To spoil that Almost forgotten Near to perfect Perfect view Of you © 2017 Julie McCarthy (juliespenhere)Reviews
