Glimpse Of You

Glimpse Of You

A Poem by Kay J.

Through the fog I run
Trying to find a glimpse of you
Desparate
I'm on my knees
I'd take your feelings and give them to my being

A passionate soul
A perception percieved as a rainbow through the clouds of a hurricane
I'm willing to fight the storm
Just to see your light
A light so bright the moon falls past the horizon and drowns in the ocean
Of sorrow, tears, and regretable mistakes

I'm by your side holding tightly
Tie our hands together with a red string
A string of fate
I won't let go

Even if you do
I'd still look at every person just to see a glimpse of you
