A poem about my name and how it's affected me.

A Girl Named Kimber

There once was girl named Kimber

Who everyone made fun of and would call “Timber”

She had it pretty rough from the start

But you could say that is how she got her big heart

She had her embarrassing moments for sure

Some situations pretty hard to endure

As the years went by she became much stronger

She did not let people affect her any longer

She is now a woman and a mother

She has her son and needs no other

She found the love of her life

The one man she will gladly become wife

Now her story will begin

There is a woman named Kimber with unbreakable skin

She has an amazing little boy

He brings her a ton of joy

She is with an amazing man

Who treasures her and always has a plan

She has gone through things in some of her lifespan

But having those two love her is when her life truly began
