Moon

Moon

A Poem by Leticia

The Moon raises once again.
Once again the armer can come off.
The brest plate,
to protect the heart.
The helmet with viser,
to protect the mome and the eyes.
The shild,
To protect the body from on coming attacks.
The sword,
To protect defend and attack when been attack.
Previous battles have left scars,
Some dip
Some shallow
Some that with the passing of time didnt even left one.
The Moon is mistress to all the lonely hearts, the forgotten and to those that want to be forgotten.
The Sun soon fights to take the sky back.
The Moons protection begging to fade with every push the Sun gives.
The armer soon goes back into place.
Covering once again the loneliness and insecurity that the sun brings.
With the armer in place and the Moon gone we stand tall, shild and sword at the ready for any attack.
