Not Really Worthy of a Title

Not Really Worthy of a Title

A Poem by Demers David
"

"the difference"

"
San's regret
Life is perfect
So maybe I'm cancer
But at least I'm descriptive
(blame the human condition)
For my presence
And all of my insults
I can't make this s**t up
Nor would I change a god damn thing
(life is perfect)
Some love is hatred
What paints the other side
(is the difference)
And nothing to be afraid of

You don't wanna know. I don't even make sense to me most of the time.

I love the description and the formality of the poem itself. I find it to be intriguing in a distinctive understanding.

You did a great job at writing this. It shows how no one is perfect and you should accept things the way they are.

That's high praise... thanks Cherrie. Wonder is a wonderful thing to instigate I thinks.

it is a poet's first and best job
This really touches a chord.
It takes a very perceptive individual to love hatred, revel in the smell of s**t. For most of the cretins that pass themselves off as humans, its all about face value. I wouldn't change a thing either.

Knowing this world the way I do, there is worse, there is much worse...
I think the meaning of this one might be lost on me, but I’m gunna give it a shot because I really like the meaning I personally got.

I derived importance on the understanding that the way life happens is the most perfect way for it to happen. A confidence and appreciation for the way one has grown.

My favorite line is the last line “and nothing to be afraid of”.

I enjoyed analyzing this!
