Jungian Shadow

To confront your dragon
Before it comes unwelcomed
From out of the shadows
And into the conscious mind

One must do difficult things...

Descend through those shadows
Speaking terrible truths
Exposing yourself courageously
To all you are afraid of

To everything inside of you

To tame those sinister shadows
From a very collective unconscious
Into a personally known quantity….
            (and a far better life...)

I really like this. It rings with spiritual truth. You must face and "tame those sinister shadows" inside to keep the dark dragon from consuming your better thoughts or consciousness. It's a matter of confronting yourself, but also being in a state of self-awareness.

Those kids really are amazing, Tool songs aren't exactly the easiest things to play. Especially the drums... (although I think Danny Carry in real life does most if not all of the percussion himself but in the above video it is divided among 4 people. Which is reasonable... Danny Carry can do things normal humans can only dream of.

I think the key to being prolific with your writing while keeping a decent baseline of quality is reading. I've read and continue to read a lot. Well, to be fair, lately I've been listening to audiobooks in the car a little more than physically reading. If you are ever writing more than you are reading your quality of output is probably on the decline.

Um... are you just trying to make sure people you know who Carl Jung is or do you have a relevant point in regard to the writing? It kinda seems like you're just trying to make yourself appear well read and intelligent. You're just name dropping terms, you aren't saying anything. I have no respect for s**t like that.
