Please don't freeze me over,

Don't isolate me in this empty place,

Clenching my fists and screaming in whispers.

I know I am so flawed,

I know that I make so many mistakes,

But doesn't it mean something that I love you?

Is it enough for us to say that we feel the same way?

Do you even know how I feel about you?

I care about you so much that it actually hurts.

Please don't shut me out now,

Not now.

Not when I've finally seen you for what you are,

Not when I'm just beginning to realize how precious you are to me.

Don't let this chance slip away from us.
