Knowing

Knowing

A Poem by Summer R

I see you all

I know our fall

One look can tell and i know all

Deepest secrets echted on face's

Lines and creases read like pages

I see it all so plain and clear

I know what you don't want others to hear

Open your mouth

The words come out

But i see beyond the clout

Your true intent revealed to me

I hear the truth seep between the line's

It's almost as if i can read the mind

Some would say lucky to know

Like a furture fortold

To be forwarned may help in slight

But emotional pain is my plight

What i know i keep tight

For noone likes to be called out on thier true thoughts in life

Only what they want or need without any kind of heed is the soul purpose

of thier life

You seem to have a gift of perception. It must be hard keeping the understanding to yourself, but "to be called out on [...] true thoughts in life" is just plain mean and leads to nothing more than more heartache. Lovely, thought-provoking write. Keep up the good work.
