Heaven's Gates

Death closed my eyes, but I was only asleep
Angels rejoiced for this once lost sheep
Awakened by my Savior and King
Praise to the Lord they hear me sing
Jesus took me by my hand
And led me to the promise land
I cross the crystal sea to the heavenly realm
Lord Jesus Christ stands at the helm
Heaven’s Gates I see sparking with light
There is no darkness, no more night
I walked right by Jesus’ side
Through Heaven’s Gates as His holy bride
Tears are gone from my eyes
Singing angels fill the skies
I saw my life flash before my eyes
Sins once there has met their demise
The Lamb’s blood atoned for it all
Forgiven, forgotten, I heard God’s call
On my heart’s door Jesus did knock
I opened my heart and joined His flock
Heaven’s gates are opened wide
Family and friends welcome me inside
All things wonderful came into view
Answered questions opened my mind anew
Almighty God smiled from His throne
Come to me child you are my own
Joy now fills up my heart of light
Where fear once dwelt, an earthly blight
I mourn no more for my baby boy
He jumps in my arms filling me with joy
To Heaven’s Gates, I found the key
Jesus my Savior God’s gift to me
Jesus speaks with a voice so kind
I don't hear with my ears; I hear with my mind
His words ring honest and true
He spoke them long ago and He speaks them anew

Rose Line

'Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Rose Line

He chose me for his kingdom
Long before I was born
He saw my face from the cross
And He suffered my loss

Rose Line

Blessed are they who mourn,
for they shall be comforted.

Rose Line

I’ll mourn no more
My tears are wiped away
My son and I together
For an eternity and a day

Rose Line

Blessed are the meek,
for they shall inherit the earth.

Rose Line

All that I am belongs to God
My Savior and King
My voice rings loud
With the angels I sing

Rose Line

Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
for they shall be satisfied.

Rose Line

My knowledge is increased
All my unanswered questions revealed
Because on my forehead
God had me sealed

Rose Line

Blessed are the merciful,
for they shall obtain mercy.

Rose Line

His mercy is upon me
My sins He did bear
And filled me full of joy
In place of hopeless despair

Rose Line

Blessed are the pure of heart,
for they shall see God.

Rose Line

I see God in all His glory
Sitting on His Judgment Throne
He opens His arms
He welcomes me as His own

Rose Line

Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they shall be called children of God.

Rose Line

I am a child of God
I prayed for peace on earth
God welcomed me home
And gave new birth

Rose Line

Blessed are they who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.'

Rose Line

His Kingdom is my kingdom
I’m forever home
Lost sheep returned
And nevermore will I roam

He taught us to pray so long ago
I remember his words and I do know

Rose Line

Our Father, who art in heaven.

Rose Line

Jesus taught us to pray in this special way,
His Father is the one to whom we should pray;
To honor His Father is first and foremost,
Our prayer life is guided through the Holy Ghost.
We acknowledge God as Father of all,
Our Father is waiting for His children's call,
He tends us and loves us our whole lives through
He sent us His Son Jesus who is faithful and true.

Rose Line

Hallowed be thy Name.

Rose Line

To keep God's Name holy in our hearts always,
We are to honor Him all of our days,
Never speak out using God's name in vain.
We'll keep our souls blameless and without stain.
We speak in a reverent, loving tone
Knowing we'll reap the harvest we've sown.
To our Father above, praise the great I Am,
Through Jesus Christ, God's sacrificial lamb.

Rose Line

Thy Kingdom come

Rose Line

From Everlasting to Everlasting, a Kingdom to share,
Jesus laid down His life, and our sins He did bear;
God sent us His Son as an offering for sin,
He opens His arms and beckons us in.
Thy Kingdom of Light is waiting above,
We'll share in God's Kingdom and bask in His Love;
Evil is conquered and the battle is won
For all, who have faith in God's only Son.

Rose Line

Thy Will be done.

Rose Line

God's Will for His children is to join Him above
To share with others all of His Love.
To live forever in His Golden Light,
And always keep Jesus focused in sight.
It's God's Will that we all take a stand,
We must spread the Gospel throughout the land,
Tell others of Christ's Redeeming Love,
Tell of the Love that came down from above.

Rose Line

On earth as it is in Heaven.

Rose Line

God's Love came to earth,
And a bright star declared His birth,
Manifested in Jesus, God's only Son,
Proclaiming to all He’s is God's Holy One.
From Heaven to earth, a Kingdom someday,
On Calvary's Cross, our sins washed away.
Jesus brought salvation to one and to all,
Through Him we'll stand, not stumble or fall.

Rose Line

Give us this day our daily bread
Rose Line

The bread of life came to one and to all,
Not in a palace, but in an animal stall,
As a babe in a manger one Christmas night,
God sent us all the One True Light.
A man without sin to suffer and die,
Destroying forever the evil one's lie.
Bringing God's children a life renewed,
He's the Bread from Heaven, God's Holy Food.

Rose Line

And forgive us our trespasses

Rose Line

We repent and our Father forgives us our sin,
We open our hearts and Jesus comes in,
Forgiven, forgotten, sin erased from God's mind,
Through a Savior so loving, tender and kind.
Our hearts are filled with God's Spirit of Love,
God's Heart came down in the form of a dove
Seeking those in darkness, afraid and unsure,
Making us clean, redeemed and so pure.

Rose Line

As we forgive others who trespass against us.

Rose Line

We expect forgiveness when we call out His name,
He forgives our enemies, like us just the same,
But do we forgive others, or hold it inside?
Should we forgive, like Jesus, our Redeeming Guide.
A trespass held can only bring loss,
For each trespass Jesus died on Calvary's Cross,
So that Brothers and Sisters could forgive from within,
And make clean our hearts, free us from sin.

Rose Line

And lead us not into temptation.

Rose Line

Satan puts temptation along our pathways of life,
Leading God's children into many a strife,
Guiding us places where we will stumble and fall.
Hold tight to Jesus, never allow Satan's thrall.
God's protection is ours when we pray,
Listen to His still small voice each day,
Leading us away from the temptations of sin
To His Kingdom of Love, God beckons us in.

Rose Line

But deliver us from evil.

Rose Line

Evil stands watching for us to fall,
But we have a Shield who covers us all
Be not deceived by the author of sin,
Taking advantage of our weakness within.
Pray for protection from the evil one,
Evil can't exist in the Light of the Son;
Satan’s demons will attack when we least expect,
But Jesus has conquered this evil sect.

Rose Line

For Thine is the Kingdom.

Rose Line

The Kingdom of God was created with care,
Our Heavenly Father will always be there
For all who turn from darkness, embracing the Light
Jesus will keep His children in sight.
For we are the Kingdom because of God's Love,
And we help build the Kingdom brought down from above,
We’re made pure from sin, through our Savior’s blood,
Swallowing Satan and his evil flood.

Rose Line

The Power and the Glory.

Rose Line

Our power comes from our faith and love,
Joining our Savior who was sent from above,
Proclaiming God glory with a faithful heart,
Bringing God's children a fresh new start.
Jesus is the Power and Glory we'll see
Waiting in heaven for you and for me,
Sitting at God's Righteous Right Hand,
Christians, give God glory by taking a stand.

Rose Line

Forever and ever.

Rose Line

God's love is forever, but it is not blind,
Knock, it will be opened, seek and you will find.
We must ask forgiveness from Jesus His Son,
Eternal Life is the reward when our battle is won.
Forever and ever says it all,
For those who answer God's heartfelt call.
Those who accept the Savior’s unending love
Will live eternally in Heaven above.

Rose Line

Amen!

Rose Line

God in His heaven, smiles on us today
Because we loved Him enough to pray.
And each time this final Amen is voiced
With the Father, the heavenly powers rejoice.
So speak your Amen strong and loud.
When you see Jesus coming in the clouds.
Jesus will call his children home on that day.
Raptured forever, oh Lord I pray.

Amen! Amen! And Amen!
