Happy Is the Day

 

Happy is the day

When men lay down their guns

And women feel the freedoms that belong to everyone

Oh turn around this hatred to love and charity

Fight the fight of freedom where all on earth are free

Bring back the neighborhoods, my friend it is the key

Peace is the battle cry that should be on our lips

Not this hatred of our brothers, for they are God’s children too

We all must stand together as Christians and show our faith is true

I really liked this. "Bring back the neighborhoods, my friend is the key", makes a hugh statement about what is a big part of our trouble in today's society. We are anti-social.
