Dizzy Whizzy

A Poem by Nancy Lee Shrader

Dizzy Whizzy

Dizzy Whizzy was a clown
Dizzy Wizzy walked upside down
On his hands all through the town
Dizzy Whizzy, the circus clown

Dizzy Whissy wore a frown
Dizzy Whizzy lost his crown
Shoes weren’t red, they were brown
Dizzy Whizzy, the circus clown

Dizzy Whizzy is looking thin
Dizzy Whizzy, the crowd he can’t win
Carries his frown on his chin
Dizzy Whizzy needs to smile again

Dizzy Whizzy needs a grin
Dizzy Whizzy paints his chin
Just like all his circus kin
Dizzy Whizzy needs to smile again

Dizzy Whizzy found his smile

Dizzy Whizzy finds life worthwhile

Now he grins with each mile

Dizzy Whizzy found his smile

Dizzy Whizzy paints his smile

Dizzy Whizzy laughs with style

The crown thief went on trial

Dizzy Whizzy has a big red smile

Clown
