Emotional & Tearful..... But stuck

I am really having one of those days

when all I want to do is cry my eyes out.

Just to let everything go

Hoping I will  make me

feel better.

But I feel so hurt and o emotional

I am too scared to cry in case I don't stop.

It's like my life is playing over and over

inside my head and in my heart

making me feel everything.

Over and over again.

Like a movie playing none stop.

From my birth until now.

And it' not the even nice moment

It's all the bad times.

I want it to stop. And leave me alone.

But it stuck inside me.
