I know, I am stating the obvious

We all want to fall madly deeply into a

passionate love with our soulmate,

that will last forever.

Have children, watch them grow up

and have wonderful lives and so on forth.

But sadly reality and real life is far from

perfect.

In the first place, it's not always easy to

find someone you are compatible with.

So you try a few frogs before your prince

or princess comes along.

You live together or eventually get married.

And have kids maybe and the rest of the things

that go along with that relationship,

 paying bills, car, job and such like.

And the everyday grind of normal living on

top.

I wish I could wave that magic wand of

"A Mills & Boon Book" and the white picket

 fence around that nice little house.

And have that dream of fiction and perfection.

As being in a relationship and having kids or not.

Is far from easy. It takes patience, understanding,

giving and taking, listening and being there in both good

and bad times always from day dot.

We grow up and think, that have someone to love

and them loving you back solves everything.

It just does not.

You still have to deal with situations and life in general.

And adapt and learn.

As well as communicate and understand you will never get

your own way. As you have to take into consideration

others. Their thoughts, feelings, needs, desires, emotions

and work together not separately for it to work.

So there will be harmony and happiness for all.
