In Solitude

In Solitude

A Poem by patrickdoromal

waves crash into shore,
i miss you more and more
leaves sway in the wind,
oh, loneliness - no end

on tranquil ground
knees are bent
bliss unfound
on time unspent

solitude conquered
and memories despised
for the pain remembered
as masks are improvised
to cover up everything broken
when you closed your door
my love forsaken
