I love my Best Friend Tia

I dedicated this poem to my very best friend. We've had ups and downs, lefts and rights? But I know no matter what we're always side by side. I love you Tia. And I need you to know that.

Hand in Hand

We make a stand

To show everyone

That you're the light to my sun

 

I can't call you my friend

That's saying too little

There really is no end

To your shine on my nickel

 

I'm writing this poem

To tell how much you mean to me

You're the paper to my pen

My life boat at sea

 

You're my shoulder to cry on

My boxer to b*****s

My own personal crayon

To color the stiches

 

We're tighter than latex

Stronger than bears

We go secret places

But never get scared

 

You're my body to hug

My pillow to hold

My flower to bud

My clay to mold

 

So thank you for being there

Healing my wounds

For saving my hair

By being pulled out by fools

 

But now it's your turn

You have wounds that need tend

So I'm gonna be there

Cause you're my very best friend :]
