Shades of Gray

If you would convince a man that he does wrong, do right. Men will believe what they see. - Thoreau

Be careful with compromise.  One leads to another and another and yet another and before you realize it, you will be left with nothing to compromise anymore.  A man can find ways to justify anything.  But be prepared because there is a price to pay for an unwillingness to settle.  I'd rather have empty pockets of truth than overflowing satchels of lies.  A tree can bend only so far before it breaks.  Right is right and wrong is wrong.  I ask you, which would you rather cling to - the dim but hopeful light of dawn or the fading gray of dusk ...
