Die Inlove

A Sonnet I wrote for school, from the heart

Thou art my love, I give my heart to thee,

the suns rays bears adieu to the light of life,

ye cunningly bestows thine own heart unto me,

and he steals thy heart back in the midst of night,

Oh my love, tell me please, whither thou goest?

I stand among the creeks of death alone,

thy heart crumbling, no beat within my chest,

pain gouging in me, cutting to the bone,

Oh farewell dear life, I now bid adieu,

Dost none know why of my constant mourning,

I do so, for I have been fooled to love a fool,

My mind still dwells on thee, my heart burning,

To live and despise thee, or die inlove,

I use of my last strength, to send thee my dove

I just love Sonnets---and yours is quite a lovely and passionate one. I think Sonnets tell wonderful stories and yet do it compassionately and concisely. Like yours---"Oh farewell dear life, I now big adieu, Dost none know why of my constant mourning.". Then you explain it to us in closing: I do so for I have been fooled to love a fool; My mind still dwells on thee, my heart burning."
