A Poem by rewordblog

Thoughts of Love, undescribed

Thoughts of you are like whispers
Whispers of love to my soul
Pictures of moments, sweet, we shared
Keeps replaying in my mind
The aching vacuum hardly filled
Remind me of your constant absence
The hunger for you,
To see you, to hold you
Keeps me awake thinking, wishing
If heaven crafted any,
Any more beautiful
What a misery my life would be
For gazing at you, I am lost
Confronted by the mystery
That beauty can be
If I had a flower
For every time I thought about you
I’d have a bouquet
Big enough to fill the Oceans
The Nightingales may sing
But fail to describe enough
Your Beauty, pleasant to behold
And the joy your presence brings
There is a thought in my head
There is a wish in my heart
There is a hope in my soul
That once more, I might be graced
To look upon thee,
My Fairest Beloved
