A poem about my realization

Lord you are merciful
As I know
My sin is plentiful
As I reap what I sow
My hands were bound
Despite a desperate plea
But it is you I have found
I've been set free
You are Lord
I cannot lie
You shield me with your sword
Each day that I cry
